Meh, if you think/thought DKP was complicated, don't even bother clicking on the link eheh, its pretty interesting and I think would be easier to manage than DKP, but at first glance seems uh, well confusing as all hell...

Yeah no doubt, you'd think whoever came up with this was trying to make it over complicated. I like the whole overall ranking thing, but but geez, why go and make another 'class ranking' also bleh... At any rate I think it'd really shine in 15-20 man dungeons (which I'm pretty sure its used for?) to make sure that well, everyone gets a piece of loot...

Is "Pally Weapon" the new "Huntar Wep!"? eheh, cause huntar wep is getting pretty played out eheh...

Shocked

So, they lost me by the second page. Good thing I don't lead any raids! But clearly they put a lot of work into it so it's got to be better than some of the disorganized distribution I see in 10-20-mans.

Then again, every long-running raid seems to have a well-established system that they're happy with. I subbed in a ZG raid yesterday that had an interesting way to distribute bijous and coins; something about everyone rolling need until they got one, then rolling greed. It seemed to work well for them... but I just passed on everything because the last thing I want is more crap in my bags. This whole turning stuff in for gear seems like such a drag. Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer the ready-made gear that drops off of bosses. Except when a paladin ninja-loots it. *glares*

I finally had a moment to sit and actually read through the tutorial, and I got to about page 12 when my brain completely numbed over. So if two people whisper 'suicide' then the highest standing member is moved to the bottom of the list? *blank* Does. Not. Compute.

ERROR 404

The loot system you have requested is far too complex.

Haha, yeah my head 'asploded' the first time I saw it too, had to rewatch it a couple times to start to get the idea. While I think it's a bit overly complicated I must say, its better than rolling or DKP for smaller 20 man dungeons.
